We usually reply within one to two business days. For buying questions, the more detail you give us about your budget and how you drink coffee, the better we can help.
Can you recommend a machine for my budget?
Absolutely — that’s our favorite kind of message. Tell us your budget, the drinks you make (espresso, lattes, etc.) and how hands-on you want to be, and we’ll point you to the right pick.
Do you accept free products for review?
We’ll consider products from brands, but acceptance never guarantees coverage or a good ranking. We only recommend gear that earns it through hands-on testing, and placement is never for sale.
